Priority Real Estate Group built the 6,000 square foot Napa Auto Parts store in 2014 and leased it to a local franchise who then bought it in 2019.
 
The store features many upgrades not typical of a Napa Auto Parts, such as stone work around the foundation, a landscaping plan and large glass windows which brighten the store. Napa is immediately adjacent to Priority Real Estate Group’s co-branded Shell Station in Wiscasset.
