COASTAL ORTHO & COASTAL PERFORMANCE TRAINING CENTER

This build-to-suit property is a 10,000 sq. ft. medical office building with an attached 10,000 sq. ft. field house which is home to Coastal Ortho and the Coastal Performance Training Center. Priority Real Estate Group built and owns the property and leases to Coastal Ortho.

This project exemplified our ability to take a project from concept through completion on time and on budget. Priority Real Estate Group went from discussing the project with Steven Katz, M.D. to purchasing the property, designing it with his team and getting approval through the Brunswick Planning Board in about 40 days. The keys were handed over to Coastal Ortho a mere 12 weeks later in February of 2013 despite winter construction.

The New England design fits well within the community, and hardy plank siding coupled with composite materials keep this building nearly maintenance free. This project brings much needed economic development to Cooks Corner, an area most affected by the closing of Brunswick Naval Air Station.
